Saint Damien Gigondas Vieilles Vignes 2023 750ml MOTHERSDAY25 Unlike the standard Powers GoldDomaine Saint Damien's home appellation is Gigondas, the southern Rhne village famously sheltered beneath the jagged Dentelles de Montmirail. The Vieilles Vignes is the estate's classique bottling, drawn from old Grenache and Mourvdre vines on the rocky terraces around the village, fermented in concrete and aged in large old foudres to keep the focus on fruit and place. The 2023 is built on roughly 80% Grenache with Mourvdre filling in depth and grip.
