This is their syrah grapes made in the style of a Beaujolais. They use a technique called carbonic maceration to get the maximum flavour out of the grape skins whilst preserving all the aromas, ending up with a wine that is full of energy and vibrance, almost jumping out of the glass at you. Expect a wine that is full of flavour
