It is in overall good condition with a little rust of the outside

Tiny holes on the top by the seam

but you could put a new bulb in it

It does have some issues (scratches and marks) on the back

It is interesting to flip through; there is a fair amount of overlap in the advertising with Signal. There are some noteworthy ads, including one for glow in the dark paint. The quality of the printing is fairly low with some of the pages being improperly aligned so text is often cut off along the edges; even the top of the cover is trimmed short.
