Helga Irene Cinsault 2020 White Blend Distilled in 1961 and maturedDESCRIPTION From a single 0. 9 ha block of bush vines planted in 2003 on decomposed granite soils at Landskroon Farm in Paarl, this wine represents a precise and small scale expression of old vine Cinsault. Clone 756A on 101 14 rootstock was planted at 3,333 vines ha, yielding just 1. 445 tons in 2020. Hand harvested on 5 February, 50% whole bunch, and fermented with F83 yeast after nine days on skins, the wine was pressed and matured before bottling
