Fresh apple & meadow flower aromas. Crisp, youthful, with apple, green melon and saline notes. Very food friendly. Food pairing: Great with summer salads, fish, pasta in vegetable sauce and spring risotto. The variety delivers real quality on the (Brda) regions steep terraces and opoka soils .
