It ended when I received a most gracious gift from my close friend in the Willamette Valley in Northwest Oregon. A giant bag of fresh & fragrant Willamette Valley hops. Indescribably delicious. I already had chamomile on the counter ready to fight my insomnia head on that night. I added a pinch of Kava Kava, put my herbs to simmer on a low
