Sunset Yoga | Mindfulness & Stretching Venue Hire For children age 9 to11th November 6: 00 7: 00 pm Breathe in. Breathe Out. Repeat. Take a break from the daily grind and unwind with some mindfulness yoga at our rooftop garden as the sun sets. Led by Tiara Chen, we will focus on centering ourselves and breathing techniques through a series of guided stretches. This is suitable for anybody who is looking to achieve mental clarity and calmness. Remember to bring your own towel and yoga mat!
