SORA meaning SKY is a traditional sake made with a small addition of distilled alcohol to lift, lighten and brighten. What makes this sake even more special is the alcohol added comes entirely from our very own refermented sake kasu, which is then distilled into the most beautiful sustainable spirit. A perfect cyclical zero waste use of the sole byproduct from our sake brewery.
