This was the first book I have really tried to make and they turned out very good overall

They were clearly based on period watches but are generally a bit larger than the original would have been
The sleeves have discoloration as does the left side and the skirt

The logo with a Pelikan feeding only 2 wee ones came out in 1937 and was used into the postwar era. This could be wartime or post war, there is no possible way to distinguish. Fairly good condition with some wear to the gold color. The advertisement is from Signal magazine April 1 1943.
