Multi Grip Chin Up DB Stray Dog Strength Grip PlatesThe Multi Grip Chin Up Bar was designed to allow athletes to perform pull ups, chin ups, hangs, toes to bar, and other exercises in multiple hand positions. The bar has a 1. 25 diameter (approximately 32 mm) for a comfortable and secure grip. The three tabs allow you to easily add straps, rings, bands, and different grips or handles with a carabiner. The mounting holes are 18 apart on center.
