Distilled in 2007, matured for 3 years in ex bourbon barrels and bottled in 2010. Non chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 46%. Nose: Peaty aromas and a complex blend of citrus, pear drops and vanilla. Palate: An initial sweetness is followed by peat smoke and the mixed fruits.
