Original Mother's Cross in Bronze with Ribbon pre-WWII The hat is too bigOriginal Mother's Cross in bronze with ribbon. Bronze crosses were for mothers of 4 or 5 children. The back is marked 16 Dezember 1938. Overall good condition with minimal wear. Sewn in the back to be worn as a necklace. It has been stored wrapped (see last photo) for a while so there are creases in the ribbon.
