I bought these 4 years ago in Berlin from an old guy that restored loads of bike parts
It measures about 2 1/2" in diameter
The leather straps for attaching the pouch to the bike look a bit fragile
I am not sure if this was WAC or ANC (I'm leaning toward army nurse)
