Mocavero Negroamaro Salento IGT, Puglia 2024 375ml and climate for each wineLocated in Salento in southern Puglia, Mocavero was established in the 1950s. The estate is spread over 62Ha. This bottling is 100% Negroamaro. Following fermentation the wine is refined in barriques for 3 4 months prior to filtering and bottling. Deep red colour with hints of violet at the rim. A nose of cassis, spice and ripe red berry fruits. A rich palette of kirsch and plum is balanced with fine tannin and nice acidity. Good value, everyday
