Matured in a combination of Oloroso, Pedro Ximnez and Moscatel sherry casks. The influence of the three sherry cask types adds depth without becoming overly heavy, allowing Kavalans tropical fruit character to remain present throughout. Bottled at 40%. TASTING NOTES Nose: Ripe, mature berries and dried fruits with fresh grapes
