The 2016 Chateauneuf du Pape Blanc Clos La Roquete comes from a three hectare plot divided equally among Grenache Blanc, Clairette and Roussanne. The grapes undergo fermentation using indigenous yeasts in oak vessels of varying sizes, no more than 10% of which are new. The result is a medium bodied, slightly honeyed wine with notions of melon, tangerine and pineapple and a fresh, lime zest
