the Signature Gin is softened by subtle undertones of Orange Blossom with the refreshing notes of Pink Peppercorn underpinned by the traditional Pine and Citrus

Ginger Lime Gin from Siderit combines twelve botanicals including rock tea

Hints of Orange and Milk Chocolate which is shortly followed by Crisp Juniper and obvious notes of Oak and Sherry

Then we bottle it at an honest 100 proof to reflect the flavour

before Orange and Cinnamon appear to finish off

This expression comes from their Herefordshire based distillery as with the rest and is made using Homegrown Apples and Hedgerow Elderflower, Fresh Blueberries and a Pinch of Cherry Blossom. The result is a Gin which is packed full of Juicy Apple flavours and hints of Juicy Blueberries along with refreshing Elderflower and Floral notes.
