Chateau Ollieux Romanis Corbières Boutenac Cuvée Prestige rose where the wine undergoes aOllieux Romanis, situated just south of the village of Corbieres in the Languedoc, is one of the largest privately owned wineries in Corbieres. It was first planted to vine in the 11th century and was an important source of drinking water. Throughout the middle ages and much religious wrangling and hand changing, it arrived with the Bories family, who still steer it today, 200 years later. Ollieux is currently working its way to full organic status.
