Empirical Spirits The Plum, I Suppose 50cl Emporia Brands and the drier FinoEmpirical Spirits have done it again, creating weird and wonderful tipples and this time in the form of their Plum, I Suppose. For this expression they take their own Koji Spirit and infuse with the likes of Plum Kernel and Marigold. Initially Dry this spirit has a Fruity body full of Cherry Bakewell and Cardamom Spice with a Floral like finish.
