Victorian "In His Name" Silver Cross earrings Condition: Very good overallA striking antique cross pendant bearing a simple inscription: I H N. In His Name. The reverse gives us a definite idea of when it was made 1886 and it's built in sterling silver. The form is that of a 'cross patte', with equal length triangular arms. Patte literally translates as "footed", and similar crosses have been commonly used by European monarchs as far back as the 9th century. Era: Victorian, 1886 Size: 22mm by 18mm (not including the jump
