This release from the Hayman's team is inspired by the original style of Gin that was once sold back in the 1800's which was sold straight from the cask

including Watercress that grows directly outside the door of our distillery

for this is the whiskey a gentleman orders

Strane Oaked Cask Aged Gin 70cl Emporia Brands Cassia BarkThe Swedish distillers Smogen have released this Cask aged Gin which sees their Gin matured in Sherry Butts for a minimum of 18 months and then being bottled at 55%! Hints of Orange and Milk Chocolate which is shortly followed by Crisp Juniper and obvious notes of Oak and Sherry! They recommend this as a replacement for the Whisky in a 'Whisky and Soda'!
