18th Century Acanthus Earrings lost classics and her (Roman) husband wasCool 18th century rococo acanthus earrings dating from the 1790s. Each of the beautifully textured leaves is set with rose cut diamonds, and dangles freely from the diamond set top and, curiously, they're not quite matched one having a more textured finish versus the other's sleek lines. Crafted in sterling silver with gold ear wires, they're likely converted from a larger piece perhaps a riviere or tiara or similar. Era: Georgian, circa 1790 Size: 2.
