This expression from the Burleighs team sees fresh Strawberries and Cream infused in their classic Gin to create a Wonderfully refreshing Summery Drink which holds Bursts of Strawberries and hints of Fresh Cream

The Mint and Herbs inside this Whisky allow a sweeter note to be produced which is then slowly brought down with a hint of Citrus coming in to play its part in the party

This creates an Extremely Smooth Gin which is well rounded and packs a Big Flavour Punch

The result is a Whisky full of Dried Fruit notes infused with an Orange Marmalade undertone and a Smooth well rounded finish

Spices galore on this one, kicking us off is some Ginger and Cinnamon before a Madeira Sweetness comes in to play with a Thick Jam like texture alongside before an Oak, Nutmeg and Giger infusion come to finish off.
