Whilst this process is ongoing they take the Cornish Clotted Cream and cold distil this in a Vacuum and then once both processes are finished these are infused together

with a refreshing Fruity Flavour to begin with a Sweetness which is shortly followed by an Oaky like finish

The main balance of flavours is between fresh juniper and there triumvirate of citrus

With an estimated 1 barrel out of 10

This infusion creates a Gin which is a deep red colour and is bursting with Sour Cherry notes throughout with an underlying flavour of Spicy Juniper
