The olfactory spectrum is articulated around notes of white pulp fruit
there is plenty of dark fruit and dried cherry at its core
The aromatics here are first class and I would expect the wine to open up nicely on the palate with a bit more bottle age
joyful refreshment
The 131-proof expression is balanced and mature with a beautiful depth of flavor
Grange Saint-Sauveur Grolleau Cabernet Franc Rouge 2019 (Case only) SKU_2316083-1 The olfactory spectrum is articulatedBeautiful cloudy violet color. The muted nose brings whiffs of purple violets, lavender, licorice, and anise. The palate is full, square, compact, and closed, bringing hints of deep blackberry, black cherry, and some high toned green bitter notes that segways into a tannic finish. This is super well structured and has the right stuffing, but will be best 2025+.
