It is now bottled at an ABV of 46% and has Smooth Crisp notes of Citrus Orange Peel with notes of Oily Spicy Juniper running throughout

with only the natural colour derived from the oak casks in every bottle

One comes from Virgin Oak casks, one from seasoned casks which previously contained Tennessee Whisky and Bourbon and the final one from Oloroso Sherry Casks! This creates a Sweet Cake like bodied Whisky with notes of Jam and a touch of Caramel.
