'Snowy Night' Thomas I visited Youngstown’s Mill CreekTracked Winter Storm Ezra from dawn to dusk as it moved across the state of Ohio, yesterday. Drove 340 miles as far west as Marblehead, and east to the border at Conneaut. Strong winds were consistent throughout the day, but the condition differences between the Western & Central Bains were stark. At the western end of the lake, a seiche created conditions up to 7. 5 ft. lower than normal, and all that water produced frantic waves coupled with
