The scent is wide and is rich of red fruits, mainly cherry and raspberry, but with some hints of rose petals. The taste has medium body, with great aromatic agility that includes fruits, light tannins and soft sourness. It matches perfectly with local starters, cold cuts, cheeses, but also with main dishes with rag sauce and with grilled red meats. It has to be served at 18C in a wide wine glass that helps the diffusion of the
