After having naturally wilted the grapes in the fruit rooms, towards the end of January the grapes are pressed and left to ferment in steel tanks and then further aging in barriques. Subsequently the wine matures in the bottle for another six months. Intense ruby red with garnet reflections. Complex aromas of red berry fruit and black currant, cocoa and
