It's set with 12 brilliant white paste gemstones, arranged as two flower heads and two thin leaves, all swirling around each other to form an oval(ish) shaped pendant drop. Presumably it's a component of a larger Victorian piece who knows what, possibly a tiara and I've added a simple silver chain to give it a new lease of life. Era: Early
