With an ABV of 14. 7% it aged for five months in 80% neutral oak and 20% stainless steel. Aromas of honeysuckle, lemongrass, and sea spray lead to flavors of tart tangerine and oregano seasoned apricot. The acidity, edgy and mineral driven is where the "tenshen" lies.
