Then they take Juniper and a selection of hand-sourced Botanicals which have been specially selected from Tel Aviv's Levinsky market

All resulting in an initially Dry Spiced Whisky with notable flavours of Cinnamon on the forefront before a Sweeter Raisin profile comes through and underlying Smokey notes throughout

From the Real McCoy team comes their Virgin Cask release which was first bottled in 2017
